Poker Edge ("the App") is operated by Neil Allen. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the minimum information necessary to function:

• Hand data: Card combinations you enter are sent to our calculation server solely to compute win probabilities. This data is not stored or linked to you.
• Purchase data: Subscription status is verified through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not store payment information.
• Local storage: Hand history, session data, and your preferences are stored only on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
• We do not use analytics SDKs or third-party tracking tools.
• We do not share any data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple In-App Purchases: Subscription management is handled by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy
• Calculation API: Card data is sent to our secure backend server (hosted on Vercel) for win probability calculation. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.

4. Data Retention

Hand history and session data stored on your device can be deleted at any time using the "Clear all" button within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 17. It is intended for adult users who play poker. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
