By downloading or using Poker Edge ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Neil Allen. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Poker Edge is designed as an educational tool to help users understand poker strategy and hand probabilities. The App does not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or any guarantee of poker outcomes. All recommendations are probabilistic estimates and should be used for learning purposes only.

3. Subscription Terms

• A Pro subscription costs £3.99 per month (or local equivalent).
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where poker is prohibited.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App.
• Attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any advice provided will result in winning outcomes at poker.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neil Allen shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the App, including any poker losses incurred while using the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
